Susie Mills has a broad range of practical legal experience gained from two large national law firms and also her own boutique law firm which has branches in Waikanae and Otaki. Apart from that, she is involved in the local community on many levels and can bring local contacts, local knowledge and relationships to the fore when assisting clients. Susie is assisted by senior solicitor Fleur Hobson who brings a wealth of knowledge to the practice in both property law and trust law.

Susie and Fleur both have law degrees from Victoria University in Wellington. Susie has spent many years practising law in Waikanae and is recognised as being a professional caring lawyer who has an excellent rapport with clients. She is a member of the local Waikanae Volunteer Fire Brigade and a founding member of the Field Way Dune Restoration Group.
With experience in large national law firms, both lawyers have expertise in property matters ranging from assisting clients buying their first homes, assisting individual and corporate clients with land subdivisions, to assisting SOE's with disposal of surplus public land. Susie has extensive experience in Public Works Act issues, including the negotiation and registration of numerous easements for electricity and gas for network providers throughout the country. Susie also has experience in the compulsory acquisition of land by government agencies and can advise clients who are affected by the compulsory acquisition of their properties.
